Candy Pearls are a range of coloured pearlescent pigments that are semi-transparent allowing the final visible colour to be altered based on your choice of undercoat colour. By using a white, black or neutral undercoat colour you will enhance the pigments natural colour and lustre. Using a dark opaque undercoat you will bring out deeper richer tones from the pigment.
