Perfect Pearls And Pigments Intercoat clear Pearl & Flake carrier is a base coat clear material that is designed specifically to be used as the carrier for Pearls, Flakes, Chameleons as well as other dry products offered by Perfect Pearls And Pigments product line.
Although the material looks semi-opaque in the can, it dries to water clear finish allowing the brilliance of the pearls & flakes to show through.
We recommend that this product is thinned at a ratio of 1:1 with basecoat or 2k thinner.
